The WVU Cello Bass Day in Morgantown was a day dedicated to low string enthusiasts!
This event presented a unique opportunity to unite with fellow musicians and form ensembles of cellos and basses, participate in instrument-specific workshops, and play with a cello and bass choir.
Guest artists Patricia Weitzel and Erin Ellis joined WVU bass teacher Andrew Kohn for a full day of learning and music making.
This year, they introduced more advanced separate music for cello and bass choirs besides the full ensemble. It was a chance to gain new inspiration, enhance skills, and connect with like-minded individuals, leaving everyone playing better than ever before.
